Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item. Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the issue so that we can resolve it quickly.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or we have made an error with your order, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised items.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification.

The item must be returned unused and in its original condition, together with proof of purchase.

Please note that this right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
